Free Craft Workshops for Kids
Parents: Spending Quality Time with Your Kids Doesn't Have to Break the Bank
Many people are unaware of the completely free workshops open to children and their parents, or grandparents offered through Home Depot and Lowe's . These workshops are held monthly at Home Depot and bi-monthly at Lowe's. Kids get to build and create whatever the feature workshop offers and get to bond with their parents. It is definitely a great way to take the kids out and have some fun!
Not only are the workshops fun, but they help crate a sense of accomplishment in kids. How cool is it to build something with Mom, Dad or Grandma and Grandpa? Your kids will have a blast creating wonderful projects. Everything from making wooden tool boxes, trinket boxes, race tracks, wooden race cars and more! Your kids get to take these wonderful crafts home with them and it didn't take any extra money out of your wallet!
Workshops are typically held on a weekend, so it will most likely be at a time convenient to you without interrupting your work schedule. Even if you don't plan on doing any home improvement work at home, it's still nice to get out and learn something!
Spending quality time with your kids does not need to be expensive. As a matter of fact, having some great quality time with the kids does not have to cost a penny! Be sure to take advantage of these great workshops and clinics offered through Home Depot and Lowe's. They have been offering them for a long time and we want to show them that it's worth their time so they keep the program running!
