The Etiwanda Historical District's Annual Street Faire is a free family event and is coming to Rancho Cucamonga on November 10, 2007. It is being hosted by Etiwanda Gardens.

Free Trolley rides will be provided from the five designated parking areas to the Street Faire in the Etiwanda Historical District which extends from 7150-7168 Etiwanda Ave. The trolley stops include: Etiwanda Gardens, Victoria Gardens Library, Joseph Filippi Winery, Park & Ride and the Latter Day Saints Church. Conserve on gas by hopping onto one of the Trolleys to get to the Street Faire or simply take a stroll on Rancho Cucamonga's new Rails to Trails via bike or foot.

Some key activities at the Etiwanda Street Faire include the informative, the appetizing and the entertaining. Although admission is free, some activities may require a minimal fee.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet the Chaffey Descendants whose relatives were the founding fathers of the Etiwanda Colony. A Chaffey Historian will also be present in addition to a Historical Telephone Display and Railroad Display. For $1, passports can be bought to allow access to tour the six historical sites in Rancho Cucamonga: the Chaffey-Garcia House, Chaffey-Isle House, Norton-Fisher House, Etiwanda Depot, Etiwanda Community Church and the Joseph Filippi Winery.

2.Find an array of delicacies:

3. Be entertained:
Stage entertainment will be provided as well as a showcase of local talent in a Talent Show hosted by Valverde School of Performing Arts (VSPA). Also, children ages 3-10 years old can join the Little Miss Etiwanda Contest. View the George & Martha Washington Cotillion, costumed "docents," and have a relaxed journey throughout the craft booths.

Children's interests were also considered as an incredible line-up of hands on activities have been prepared for the youth. They will be able to enjoy the Street Faire through the experience of butter churning, candle making, gingerbread cookie decorating, spinning & weaving, lace making, quilting, experience in blacksmith, petting zoo and more! Your afternoon will be full of family activities that the children will not only enjoy, but also an opportunity to gain some knowledge about their community.

Hope to see you there!
