Wreaths. With both of these felt craft projects, you can include making a wreath with each of the two items. You could make a third wreath with a combination of the two projects.
Garland. The same thought could apply with the garland as the wreath. However, with garlands, you can have several different ways of making this holiday craft.
Upgrade a door hanger for a wreath. Most door hangers come undecorated, especially the cheap plastic ones. By gluing either or both of the objects to a plastic door hanger, you can have a fresh new one in just a short time.
Upgrade a cheap read and white stocking. Around the white band of the stocking you could add the mittens or skates to it for a fun way to decorate them instead of leaving them plain or using glitter.
Enlarge the patterns for stockings. You could enlarge the patterns to make unique stockings for family, friends or pets. These could be made for children's hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living centers or other medical centers for the terminally ill to brighten their rooms.
Place setting or name tags. If you throw winter parties for any holiday, birthday or an event, these two items could be made for putting a name on them for guests. They can be placed in front of the plate where the guest will be sitting. They can also be pinned on a person as a name tag for those attending an event. If this is the case, have markers handy for the guests to write their names on their choice of name tag.
