I know some of the clothing pieces people who are into the goth culture are either pretty straight forward in how they are made. Some of the gothic clothing pieces on the other hand are not. For example, I have seen a few of the neck, wrist, and body corsets that some wear are more intricate than one would expect them to be.
The gothic clothing pieces really aren't any different from any other cultural pieces out there. They are just part of a culture that many people don't understand and won't accept because they see all the black and dark colors as evil, wildness, trouble, or a depressed person. All this is false. People who wear what society calls a "normal attire" can be any of the things mentioned previously. So, before you judge a person who is into goth and its clothing, step back, rethink your thoughts on the goth culture and do a little research before handing out your judgement.
