Start off by going directly to the VistaPrint website with this link. That link will give you access to a whole mess of cool, free stuff, but most importantly graduation announcements! If that doesn't work correctly, just type http://www.vistaprint.com/springmini into your browser.
When you go to the 'announcements' section, though, you find you'll only get 10 free. While getting more is not expensive, you can get them ALL free if you look closely. Instead, navigate to the Cards, Notes -> Postcards section. There you can find a wide variety of postcards, and get 100 of the small size and 50 of the large size graduation postcard announcements for free. Adding more is not that costly, either.
You can then upload your own design, or pick one of hundreds of designs on the vistaprint website. You probably want to design your own, or use their built-in editor with one of the simpler templates to add your own picture of your high school graduate. After this, make sure to not select any of vistaprints 'special offers' after you save your cards. Make them all, head to your cart, and checkout (shipping will be your only charge, a small $5-$10). If you need them in advance because you've fallen behind, select a faster shipping method. RUSH is not really 3 days, expect about 7 for vistaprint's rush shipping.
If you're less than a few weeks from the party (remember you have to have time to mail your free high school graduation cards), then you'll need to choose a local print shop to have them done the next day. You can expect to pay around $50 for this service.
You can also publish an advertisement congratulating your graduate in the local newspaper, which is always fun, and if you're planning a big party invite people there. Planning at least 6-7 weeks in advance is a good idea because then you can pay for rush shipping, get your cards, and mail them out before everyone else. This ensures that people RSVP to your party first!
