If you're a fan of these slasher films, a cool idea this Halloween is to carve an image of Jason onto a pumpkin. You also can find several free Jason pumpkin carving patterns online that you can use for a stencil.

One free Jason carving pattern from the web is a poster design taken from the horror film Freddy vs. Jason. If you can't decide whether you like Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm Street better, this stencil covers both.

Free Jason Pumpkin Carving Patterns: Mask

The website Extreme Pumpkins has a cool printable pattern of the Jason mask. They are offering it free as part of a package of 48 random patterns. In order to print any of those, you have to be able to open up PDF files on your computer.

Of the free ones mentioned in this article, this is the best one to use for beginning carvers.
