Free July 2009 Activities in Indianapolis

Trying to figure out what to do with the family but the budget can't take another hit? Look no further. Indianapolis is full of completely free events. I've listed the events I could find by date with a brief description in what I hope to make a regular monthly list of ideas for free fun.
