New Year's Eve is a few weeks away. That means people around the world will say goodbye to 2007 and say hello to 2008. There will be plenty of parties to celebrate this event. However, some parties won't be cheap. Some NYE events in DC charge as much as $210 for tickets. Is there a way to celebrate New Years Eve without braking the bank? Yes, you can stay home with close friends or family. However, some of you feel watching people count down to the New Year is not your thing. New Year's Eve at Continental: I attend there NYE party in 2004. The best part of this event was that there was no cover charge.
