1. Kidscom offers several games in five different categories. The categories are action/ adventure games, sports games , puzzle games, silly fun games, and brain busters. So whether your kids want to help Kimma find the missing package from Sarillion in the jungle, race cars with Riley's off-road race, or figure your way out of a maze with Skeeter's aMAZEing Adventure, this site is for them. You can play games for points or just for fun. The colors on this site are captivating and the characters are amusing. This site is also easy to navigate which is a must for children who are beginner Internet user's.
2. Kidscomjr is a site for kids and preschoolers. They have regular games, educational games, coloring books, and activities that are all geared toward the younger children. I am most impressed with the Internet safety game that Kidscomjr offers. If you are going to allow your children to play online when you are not available to supervise, I would suggest you have your children play this game with you first. Make sure they understand it before you let them lose to play on their own. Since this site is a sister site of Kidscom the colors are just as fun and the characters just as amusing.
3. I cannot leave out Neopets when writing about kid's games. My daughter, who is 7 at present, is addicted to these funny looking creatures. Neopets is a virtual pet site where you can play over 160 games. When choosing your own Neopet you pick it's color, it's personality, and it's name. You will then get your own Neopets page. You will want to visit the Pet Central page because you can do pretty much everything from there. You can buy your pet food at a shop, or purchase toys at an auction. You can explore Mystery Island or the Space Station. You can even play games like Snowmuncher and Destruct-O-Match II for points. There really is so much you can do with this site that I cannot list it all. This site is recommended for kids ages 6-14.
4. Vkids has more than 360 games with a new game added every 2 days. Games fall under four main categories. The first is Fun games. Here you can play Breakfast in the jungle, Doctor vitamin, Dreams of a sweet tooth, big-eared nurse, or Underwater world. The Second main category is Shooter games. Here you can play Crash landing, Naval fight, Torpedo attack, Space newcomers, Doomsday, or Photo safari. Category number three is called Mind games. You can play Color Tetris, Alchemist, Move of the knight, Astrologer, or High flight. The last category is Action games. Some of the actions you can engage is are: Halloween, Diligent mole, One-armed bandit, Colony, Boxing, or Pull the Turnip out. What I like about this site is that they also provide you categories of games by age group. You can choose from 3 to 8 years, 9 to 12 years, 13 to 18 years and older, parents, or all ages.
