The popular Toy Story franchise will soon be adding another movie to its library with the opening of Toy Story 3 this summer. If your children enjoy the Toy Story characters, check out this list of free online games.

"Catch that Moving Van"

In this game, you become RC (the racecar) as you try to reach Buzz and Woody. Use the arrow keys to control the car and watch out for road hazards such as oil slicks and other vehicles.. To avoid running out of power, you need to drive over batteries as they appear in the game. For extra energy, you can driver over "Power Ups."

Recommended age group: 5 and over. This game goes really fast and might frustrate younger kids.

"Buzz Lightyear's Flight for Distance"

You can help Buzz Lightyear prove that he can fly in this game. There are 5 levels to this game. Help Buzz bounce off a rubber ball to the shelf on the other side of the room. Use your mouse to adjust Buzz's trajectory. If your aim is true, then Buzz will hit his target. Otherwise, you have to keep trying!

Recommended age group: 5 and over. This game does not move fast; however, your child may need helping learning how to set the aiming module.

"Woody's Letter Ranch"

This game will help your child with letter recognition and spelling skills. The idea is to help Woody find the right answers to spell three-letter words. Requires Adobe's Flash Player which is a free downloadable here. In this game, a picture of an object is displayed along with all the letters in the alphabet. Your child must recognize the object and figure out how to spell it. For example, you might see the shape of a pie. Next, you have to click on the correct letters to spell it. If you guess the wrong letter, then you can try again. There are 12 total objects to spell.

Recommended age group: 4 and over (early readers).

"Jessie's Lasso Roundup"

The object of this game is to help Jessie gather up all her gear and some special critters. Use the space bar to set the direction of Jessie's lasso and then press the space bar again to throw it. Beware of the cactus! There is a red arrow to help guide you with the lasso direction and a meter bar to help you judge throwing distance. You earn points as you gather the objects.

Recommended age group: 6 and over.

"Tee-Rex Putt"

Play mini-golf with Rex in Andy's room in this game. Rex's tail becomes the golf club! You can click and drag his tail to position for the best swing. Use the mouse to click on the golf ball, aim with the mouse, and the release it. The game tracks your number of hits.

Recommended age group: 6 and over. This game may frustrate younger children until they get the hang of the mouse movement.
