Washington DC free outdoor summer movie: Comcast Screen on the Green
Comcast "Screen on the Green" is Washington DC's free outdoor movie fest, hosted on the National Mall, located between the U.S. Capitol and the Lincoln Memorial. Running for 11th year in a row, the free movie screening will commence on July 12th for four consecutive Mondays at sunset. Expect to see a 35mm old classic, projected on a 20-by-40-foot screen.

Washington DC free outdoor summer movie: NoMa Summer Screen
NoMa Summer Screen is a free, outdoor film series, which take place on L St. NE, between 2nd and 3rd streets (New York Ave Metro), Washington DC. Every Wednesday night, the outdoor summer fest kicks off with local barbecue and music at 7pm. The free movie screening commences at 9pm. According to the official website, "This year's theme is The Future is Now, films that grapple with the future or the element of time."

Washington DC free outdoor summer movie: Capitol Riverfront Movie Festival
The Capitol Riverfront is Washington DC new neighborhood, located within minutes from the U.S Capitol Building. Beginning June 3, the area will host an outdoor free summer movie festival, every Thursday at sundown (around 8.45pm). Join the fun with family and friends, bring your blankets and picnic baskets and enjoy a night of free fun.
