Free Personalized Calendars

Janet Trieschman
The New Year is here. With it, means a need for a new calendar. With finances being tight, why not create your own calendar rather than buying one this year. You can personalize them and share your calendar with friends and family. In some cases, you can leave your calendar as a digital file or choose to print it out. Possibly you'd like a digital calendar that you can share with friends and family to make connections easier. The nice thing about a digital calendar is that you can access it from a variety of locations. All you need is computer access. If your personal computer crashes, or gets a virus, your online calendar is not affected. This can all be done and without having to spend any money.

American Greetings has their corner on the market of free online and printable calendars as well. They offer an online calendar, holiday calendar, online family calendar, and one that is called my calendar. They offer free printable calendars, event reminders by email or phone reminders through text messaging and a downloadable interactive desktop calendar. It is not clear if all these services are free of charge or if there is a fee associated with some of these features.
