Free Printable Arbor Day Coloring Pages and Worksheets

Karen Barnes
Arbor Day is the last Friday in April. Arbor Day has been around since 1872. When people hear Arbor Day, planting a tree comes to mind.

Planting trees to replace those cut down for manufacturing purposes is a great way to help keep the tree population alive. Trees need to be replanted after forest fires as a way to prevent erosion along the burnt country side and replace the trees last in the fire. Trees that have had a long healthy life, like any other living creatures, will eventually die from old age and other health issues.
