Bill Paying Checklists. Keep track of all your monthly bills with this checklist. The list is broken down into utilities, home, auto, and medical. It allows to write out the name of the place that needs to be paid, the amount owed, the check number, due date, and date paid.
Debt Tracker Checklist. There are two debt tracker checklists. Each can be very useful in tracking your debt in order to pay it down or off.
The debt tracker (the first one on the list) has loans, credit cards, and other debts. Each is broken down into the name of the debt, company name O/S debt, monthly and minimum payments, interest rate, monthly interest paid, pay off amount and date, and time until paid off in full.
The extended view of the debt tracker has the same initial information as the first debt tracker with sections for the total amount owed and payments made added to each of the sections. At the bottom of the sheet you can input a grand total of all debts and how much you pay each month on your total debt.
On each of the sheets you can make notes on each section for further information for you to use on tracking and paying your debt.
Family Expense Tracker Checklist: Short Version. With this short version of the family expense tracker, you can keep a detailed list of what you spend your money on each month. This could be used to see where you can cut back on monthly expenses to put more money into your actual debt to pay it off early. For those who may not be extremely deep in debt, it could be used as a way to cut back on unneccessary spending to put money in a savings each month.
You can print this expense tracker out from a PDF and bookmark it to your favorites. You can also save a Microsoft Word version to your desktop.
Family Expense Tracker Checklist: Detailed The detailed expense tracker allows you to actually write in the item that you spent your money on. This is the only difference with the one mentioned above.
You can print this detailed expense tracker out from a PDF and bookmark it to your favorites. You can also save a Microsoft Word version to your desktop.
U.S. Savings Bond Checklist This list allows you to track your savings bonds that have been purchased. It has the issue date, serial number, owner and co-owner sections, series, denomination, who issued it, and the maturity date for each of your savings bonds.
