Free Printable Teddy Bear Paper Dolls
Teddy bears are a popular mainstay in any culture. They make people happy, feel secure, and are just down right lovable. These teddy bear paper dolls are no different.
Types of paper to use for teddy paper dolls.
I would highly suggest using card stock for these teddy paper dolls. By using a heavier paper product, the paper dolls will stand up to the test of time longer. However, if you prefer to use copy paper, you can do that too. If you are wanting to do the second type of printing, a cereal or similar box or construction paper can be used to make the teddy bear paper dolls sturdier. (Note: see how to do this below)
The clothes and accessories can be printed on regular copy paper. This type of paper will allow for easier folding of the tabs for the bears. Normally the clothing and accessories for paper doll accessories wear faster than the dolls.
Making the teddy bear paper dolls sturdier.
If you have chosen to use copy paper for the paper dolls and want to make them stronger, a cereal box, soda carton or construction paper can help with this part of the paper dolls.
You will need to print out one each of the paper dolls. Once printed, cut the paper dolls out. You will need to trace around the paper doll on a cereal box, soda carton or construction paper. You will need to cut those out.
Once you have the paper dolls and the second one cut out, with a glue stick, rub glue on the back of the top piece of the paper doll. Slowly lay the top piece on the backing and smooth out the air bubbles. Let the paper doll set for a short time to make sure the pieces are adhered to each other.
Teddy paper dolls for you to dress.
There are eight teddy bear paper dolls. There are two each of the following colors: pink, green, purple, and orange. Each set of colors has an awake and sleeping teddy.
There are twenty costumes to dress the teddies in. There are three accessories, a bed and a pillow or covering to use.
All the teddies, clothing, and accessories are in full color with playful designs. You will need to have a full color ink cartridge when printing everything on this website. You may have to refill to finish printing all the items.
