Free Printable Templates for Crafts

Anyone who likes to make crafts knows finding new or different templates to add to a project you are making can become tiresome. Searching through the template books at stores only to find one or no templates you want to use. You certainly don't want to pay $5 or more for a book for one template.

Sure you can search the internet for free templates, but half the sites either don't work because they have been taken down or once you click on a link only to find the site charges for their templates when the description says other wise.

After looking though the first two or three pages of your search you give up. Rather than giving up, look through a few more pages of your searches. I have found by doing this there are quite a few hidden gems past page three of my searches.

Some of the templates may look the same, but if I look close enough there are some differences in them. Those differences may not be obvious at a glance, but there are some in most cases.

Even during the searches past the first three pages of searches, I have found other things that come up with the search I started with. Sometimes I don't know what I may do with these other finds, but when I find something that catches my eye, I print them out or add them to my browser favorites.

Then later when I am looking for a new craft to make I have something already lined up with the other gems I have found. Even though this may seem a bit crazy, the hidden templates you can find by looking a little further through the searches may very well worth the extra looking.

These assorted templates can be used for any type of craft project. While looking through the templates, I was thinking some of them would be great for making applique quilts. You can also use them to make throw pillows.

Free Printable Holiday Templates

The templates at familyfun.go.com are for holidays. The holiday templates are Valentine's Day, St Patrick Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. There are templates for All Occasion and Graduation.
