Free Printable Worksheets for Parents of Multiples

Karen Barnes
Knowing people who are parents of multiples, I have seen some of the things they have gone through raising their children. Many people watch "Jon and Kate Plus Eight," the show of parents of multiples just to see how they manage so many children. Personally, I wouldn't want to.

However, there isn't much a person can do when they hear they are going to be parents of multiples. For those who are pregnant with multiples or new parents of multiples, I hope these checklists will help you during the raising of your multiple birth children.

Activities Time Schedule Checklist for Multiple Children (1-5). A weekly schedule for parents of multiple child births. Each day has six activities with a time frame the child is allowed for each of their activities.

Babysitter's Checklist for Multiple Children. A one page list for a person who will be babysitting for multiples. It has all the emergancy numbers such as a place to be reached, pediatrician name, phone and address, and the same for the hospital. It also allows you to fill in pertitent information about each child with bedtime, allergies, foods that aren't allowed, medical conditions, medications and dosage amounts for each child.

Milestones Checklist for Multiple Children. You can track each of your twins, triplets, quadruplets, or quintuplets milestones in their lives. For example, you can track first steps, words, tooth lost, trips, and more with this list.

Preparation Checklist for Expecting Parents of Multiples. This checklist can help parents who are going to have babies of a multiple birth prepare for their arrival. The list is broken down into six categories. The categories are clothing, breast and bottle feeding, diaper and changing accessories, bath, medicine, and other, and furniture and other accessories. Each section has a list of items needed for the new arrivals.

Doctor Appointment Checklist for Multiple Children. Track the height, weight, and vaccines given to your multiple birth children with this easy chart. There is a space for asking and taking notes about each child. However, if there are more than three children, a sheet will need to be printed to accommodate the amount of children in the home.

Vaccination Checklist for Multiple Children (1-3). This form has the 11 major vaccinations recommended for children. There are spaces available for the other recommended vaccinations as children get older. There are only enough spaces for three children. If there are more children, whether they are of the same multiple birth or from a single birth, more sheets will need to be printed.
