Free Or Really Cheap Sunday School Supplies

Children are a treasure and what better way to enrich their lives than by teaching a Sunday School class? I have taught Sunday School on and off since the age of sixteen. Throughout the years I have found some wonderful free Sunday School supplies online. So let me save you some time, here are my favorite online resources for free or really cheap Sunday School supplies.

Bible Trading Cards
Free Sunday School supplies are the best kind and one of my favorites are the Bible trading cards. You can print over one hundred and fifty free downloadable Bible trading cards. The front side has the photo and name of the character profiled. If printed double sided the back side will have information for the character. These look great printed on cardstock and the kids will have fun trying to collect the complete set.

Keys For Kids
A free bi-monthly publication that has daily devotion for kids. Each issue also includes inspirational stories and games. If you'd like to provide each of your students with a copy of Keys For Kids each issue can be purchased in multiples of six for just $0.50 each. If you need less than five your copies will be shipped for free.

Oriental Trading Company
Oriental Trading Company is the best source for really cheap Sunday School supplies, especially craft projects. Oriental always has a selection of foam crafts for as little as $0.32 each! You can get even better deals if you buy after a major holiday and stock up. I have gotten craft projects for as little as $0.09 each.

Oriental is also a great source for cheap trinkets, stickers, and pencils. I keep our prize bin stocked with pencils, erasers, and other miscellaneous religious themed school supplies since we have a lot of underfortunate children whose parents are unable to avoid new school supplies.

File Folder Games
Turn an ordinary manila file folder into an exciting part of your Sunday School curriculum. I have students from many years ago that still talk about the file folder games and lessons I have done in the past!

Armour of God Series
The armour of God is a great lesson that every kid needs to learn. The Bible Kids Fun Zone has broken the armour of God into individual lessons for each piece of armour. There are also directions for puppets that you will build the armour of God on and skits to bring in even more fun. This is by far my favorite free Sunday School supply! The Bible Kids people did an awesome job when they created this lesson.
