Many of us like to go out to eat. How about for free? Here are some tips to having your next restaurant meal on the house.

Many restaurants now offer coupons for free food when you sign up for their email list. Here are a few favorites:

Arby's

Join Arby's Email List, by clicking here and you may receive a coupon for a free drink with purchase of fries and a coke as well as a terrific coupon on your birthday every year.

Auntie Anne's

Join their email list, by clicking here, and you may receive a coupon for a free pretzel or a buy one get one free pretzel.

Baskin Robbin's

Join the Baskin Robbin's email list by clicking here and receive a free 2.5 oz scoop of ice cream on your birthday and a discount on cake.

Chilis (Nationwide)

When you click here and sign up for their email list, you will receive a coupon good for free chips and Queso.

Chilis (SC or GA)

Join the email list by clicking here and you may receive $5 off your next purchase at Chili's. The coupon you receive in your email box specifically states it is good in certain locations in SC and GA.

Dairy Queen

Join Dairy Queen's email list by clicking here and receive a coupon for a Buy one Get one Free Blizzard when you join AND a coupon on your birthday.

DelTaco

Sign up for Del Taco's email club by clicking here and receive free food. Free food includes: 2 free chicken soft tacos, and a free shake on your birthday. You can choose between chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. I don't have a DelTaco near me but the food sure does look good!

Fazoli's

Join Fazoli's, by clicking here, and receive a free welcome gift as well as periodic coupons.

McDonald's

Visit http://www.freemccafe.com to receive a FREE McCafe Small Hot or Medium Iced McCafe with any puchase. In small print at the bottom of the page, it reads: "Offer good at participating McDonald's® Restaurants in Western MA, and CT, except for most of Fairfield County."

Quizno's

Join the Quizno's email list and receive a free Sammie when you join plus a free cookie on your birthday. Join by clicking here.

Most of these email groups have been around for over a year. Whether or not they say they will send you a coupon for free food when you join, many of them do. Sometimes the coupon they choose to send for sign-up or your birthday will change. However, these companies will almost always send you coupons for free food. On top of receiving coupons when you sign up and on your birthday, many of these companies will send you other coupons periodically too. For instance, today I received a coupon from Arby's good for a free medium dr. pepper with any purchase.

In today's economy, sometimes we opt to eat at home rather than have a dinner out. These coupons will help you and your family be able to enjoy a nice meal outside your home as a refreshing treat. Email this list of coupons to your friends and family especially those who may have recently found themselves out of work. I am sure they will appreciate your thoughtfulness.
