Printables cards are very popular right now, and are very simple to do. All you need is an internet connection for your computer and a color printer. I have found some of the best free Thanksgiving printable cards online and decided to share them with you. These are great for children, too, because they are so simple. You can even use fancy edge scissors to cut them out, put glitter on them or even stickers, too! These are great because you can print the same card for two children and they will both make them beautiful and very individualized. These are cards of all type, from party invitations to place cards and even invitations. Let's see what is waiting for us and our printer!

This first card is an invitation to Thanksgiving dinner at your house. It is absolutely adorable and has your child's favorite characters from Playhouse Disney's hit show "My Friends Tigger and Pooh". It is very simple to access this card; click here to access the site, then in the middle of the screen, there is a miniature version of the card with 'print'. Just click on that and follow the simple instructions!

How about a turkey platter invitation-style printable card? Then this one (click here) is right up your alley! This is a simple quad fold card that has a delicious steaming turkey on the front and room in the inside of the card for the event information.

If your guests every year are more into football and then eating, click here for an invitation-style card perfect for your game crew. It has a turkey leg crossed over a football!

Now when you think of printable cards, everyone thinks of greeting cards, right? Click here for a set of cards to print out, not to send out to people, but to have at your dinner gathering. They are a beautiful collection of fall leaves with space and lines for you to write what you are thankful for. You know how it is... everyone is sitting at the table enjoying the food and company when someone comes up with an idea to share what you are most thankful for. All of a sudden you freeze and stare at the mound of mashed potatoes and realize that being thankful for them would not be a good thing to say, no matter how delicious they are! You can print these cards and either have them next to your place cards with a pen, or pass them out when guest arrive; that way everyone has a chance to think of their best ideas. Just click the link and follow the instructions on the page.

Speaking of place cards, every good party needs them. Click here for a cute turkey card that you fold and make into a place card for our dinner guests. This turkey is wearing a pilgrim hat and holding a sign that reads "Happy Thanksgiving". On that page, just click the 'view full size' and the print button. (I tried the orange 'print' button on the main page, but it only froze up.) This will print out the foldable card as well as the instructions for a very fancy guest place-card.

If you would like to keep things simple, then click here for a set of pumpkin place-cards for your dinner guests. These are very simple; just click, print and cut. Oh, don't forget their names!

This card is a quad fold greeting card style. It has beautiful multi-colored autumn leaves on the front and a festive Thanksgiving message inside. (Click here to view)

This next one is a very simple, yet colorful, card to print. (Click here). It is a greeting card style and is blank on the inside. It has a cluster or orange fall leaves with Happy Thanksgiving written on a yellow oval background. This is a full sheet card that prints on the bottom half and you fold in the middle horizontally. You could also print this one on white paper and glue it on to orange card stock for a more festive effect. (When the screen comes up, you will need to scroll down a bit to see it. Or, you can do what I did and wait a few minutes for it to load, hit refresh a few times, and then figure out that it had already loaded and was waiting for me to scroll down...)

For our last two cards, we visit a site called www.homeschooled-kids.com. They have many cute cards and I picked the two cutest I could find. They are both quad fold, have a colorful front and a nice saying, like "Happy Thanksgiving" on this inside. Click here for the adorable bear sitting amongst a pile of pumpkins, or click here for a group of friends and a pile of pumpkins. Click here for the printing instructions for both cards.

Enjoy!
