Free Ways to Get Your Ebay Listing Seen

Antoinette McGowan
List items for auction on Ebay is a great way to earn some extra money for the item you are wanting to get rid of. Other people look into using Ebay as a home based business. No matter what your reasons for listing on Ebay , without your listing being seen you will not get bidders. Now you can pay extra to have your listing highlighted or even featured but these cost extra money to do. You are listing to make money not spend more money. So lets look at everything you can do to get your Ebay listing seen with out spending any extra money.

Email the listing:

You can email the link to your listing to all of your friends and family. Now you could just tell your friends and family that you have this item that you are willing to sell but odds are they will not buy it from you. If you send them the link to the Ebay listing they just might buy it. Don't ask me what the difference is but there is one. People will tend to say no to buying something from a friend or family member out right, but will turn around and bid on it if it is in an auction. So email that link out to everyone that you know.

Even if they do not want what you have listed , they may know someone that does and send that person to look at your listing. Now you have word of mouth advertising.

Manual Traffic Exchanges:

You can sign up for manual traffic exchanges and surf for traffic to earn traffic back to your website. Your website being your Ebay listing. Make sure to use a manual traffic exchange for your Ebay listing. This will ensure that a live person is looking at your listing for a set amount of time. By having your look at your listing for a set amount of time, the person may be interested enough to place a bid. I personally have bid on Ebay items that I have liked that I found using manual traffic exchanges. I use different manual traffic exchanges daily to promote one of my websites and I am constantly seeing interesting Ebay listings.

Paid-to-Read-Emails:

While you don't have to join any paid to read email sites to purchase traffic from them, it is still recommended that you sign up. The reason is we are looking at free ways to get people to your Ebay listing. Sign up for the paid to email site and start reading paid emails. Most of the paid email sites will let you use your earnings to send out your own paid email to the members. This will get people to your Ebay listing without having to spend any money out of pocket.

Signatures:

Add your Ebay listing to your signatures. When posting on forums or sending out emails (to non friends and family) have your Ebay listing in your signatures. This can bring a few people to your listing. This will not bring you as many potential bidders but will get a little extra exposure.

Keep in mind that you can get plenty of potential bidders to your Ebay listing without ever having to spend a dime. Just make sure that you work your traffic exchange and paid to read emails and you can see an amazing amount of traffic to your Ebay listing.

paid to read email are accounts that send you emails and pay you to read them. Just type in paid to read email in the search engines and they will show you results for paid to read email companies.
