NFL Game Predictions for Week 12 of the 2010 Season

Randy Inman
Thanks for reading my NFL game picks for week 12 of the 2010 season. Last week I went 10-3 (not counting Monday) to bring my record to 82 and 62 for my 2010 NFL game predictions. To see more 2010 NFL game picks and the standings for the Associatedcontent.com picks contest click this link.

My free week 12 NFL game picks are suitable for your office football pool as they don't include point spread picks. So any football gamblers not needing week 12 NFL point spread predictions have come to the right place. I would also like to wish all you football gamblers a very happy Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving Day NFL Predictions

New England at Detroit

The Patriots are the best team in the AFC right now and the Lions are one of the worst in the NFC. Detroit is playing better than last year and Shaun Hill has played his way into a starting job somewhere next season. The Lions need defensive help and a full time healthy running back to be a really good team. New England wins 24 to 21.

New Orleans at Dallas

The Saints don't look like the Super Bowl team but they are getting better, and healthier. The Saints defense has improved quite a bit of late. Dallas has won two in a row after Wade Phillips was fired, mostly out of fear. I think the wheels fall of this week and Brees will cut up that Dallas defense. My Thanksgiving day predictions for 2010 is New Orleans 27 Dallas 20.

Cincinnati at the New York Jets

The Bengals suck period. New York keeps finding ways to win close games. Usually I would pick the Bengals in this game because they have a habit of knocking off better teams. Not this year. New York wins 24 to 17.

Free NFL Game Picks for Sunday November 28th 2010

Jacksonville at New York Giants

The Jaguars are playing good football and the Giants are in their yearly swoon of playing badly. I just don't see the Jaguars being able to stop the Giants. New York wins 21 to 17.

Pittsburgh at Buffalo

The Bills have won two in a row after going 0 for the season. Pittsburgh is really banged up but put the Raiders in their place last week. Buffalo has some nice weapons on offense but their line isn't good. Pittsburgh wins 28 to 27 in a closer than expected game.

Tennessee at Houston

Either Vince Young or Jeff Fisher will be gone after the season, due to Young's latest meltdown. Houston has the worst passing defense in the league right now. This game is a hard week 12 NFL game pick to make. When in doubt go with the home team as Houston wins 21 to 17.

Green Bay at Atlanta

Two of Brett Favre's old teams battle it out when the Packers leave the frozen tundra to visit warm Atlanta. Green Bay is flashy but that may be smoke and mirrors. Atlanta is healthier, does not turn the ball over much and Matt Ryan is deadly at home. My free week 12 NFL game prediction is Atlanta 24 Green Bay 21.

Carolina at Cleveland

Jake Delhomme will be on the sideline watching his old team come visit the Browns. The Panthers have the worst offense in the NFL but have found a gem in Mike Goodson at running back. Brian St. Pierre played decently until the 4th quarter last week but it's unclear whether he or Jimmy Clausen will start. The Browns had a good run a few weeks ago then reverted to form and started losing. Look for Hillis to run rough shod over the Panthers poor rushing defense. Cleveland wins 14 to 6.

Minnesota at Washington

The Vikings are losing because of their coach and the Redskins find ways to win sometimes despite theirs. The Vikings are playing out the string and don't really care. Redskins 21 Vikings 10.

Kansas City at Seattle

Seattle sucks but plays decently at home sometimes. Kansas City started off strong then lost a couple in a row before beating a bad team last week. I just don't trust my Chiefs to win on the road right now. Seattle knocks off Kansas City 17 to 14.

Miami at Oakland

The Dolphins are banged up and have quarterback issues. The Raiders had a good run then reverted back to form and have qb issues as well. I think it's a good matchup for the Raiders to run the ball well. Oakland knocks off Miami 21 to 14 in this week 12 NFL game pick.

Philadelphia at Chicago

The Eagles are the hottest team in the NFL right now and the Bears are quietly having a good season. I think with the improved play of the Eagles defense that they expose Chicago this week. My free week 12 game pick is that Philly wins 28 to 24.

St. Louis at Denver

The Rams have shown flashes but just don't have all the pieces yet. Denver can score but a gang of high school cheerleaders could score two touchdowns on their defense. Still I like Denver at home 31 to 28.

Tampa Bay at Baltimore

The Bucs are the surprise team of 2010 with their 7-3 record. Baltimore is suddenly looking old on defense and their win over the terrible Panthers was a closer game than the score shows. Still I like the Ravens at home and look for Rice to have a good game in a 20 to 17 Ravens win.

San Diego at Indianapolis

The Colts are not as good as last year due to injuries and ineffective play. San Diego can beat anybody or lose to anybody. The Phillip Rivers versus Peyton Manning duel should be a good one. I like the Colts as home 31 to 28.

Free Week 12 Monday Night Prediction

San Francisco at Arizona

This may be the least watched Monday Night Game in history. Both teams suck and neither has a huge national fan base. Arizona wins at home 17 to 14.
