If getting in shape is one of your New Year's resolutions this year there are things that can help you stay on track and stick to it. Having a workout calendar or a workout log is a great way to keep you on track and to measure success. Here are some workout calendars that are available for you to use online or print for free.

Workout Calendar #1- Keep and Share

This site is free and has a customizable workout calendar available for you to log in any exercise accomplishments and schedules. You can have up to nine different calendars on the account so you can have a calendar for exercise, food, and any other information you want to keep track of. All of the calendars are saved on your account and capable of being printed. You can also share photographs and other information with friends. This site would be a great way to have a group of friends encouraging each other to work out and keep track of everyone's progress.

Workout Calendar #2- Kristen's Guide

This is a very simple printable workout calendar that you can post on your wall and fill in as you go. It is a six week workout calendar with the days of the week. This calendar is a great way to get yourself started and to just keep track of things without having to go into too much detail.

Workout Calendar #3- The Workouts

A free printable workout calendar is available on this site each month. This calendar is set up very nicely by having a place to write in your exercise activity each day as well as your weight each day. If weighing yourself every day is upsetting you are not required to do it. Weigh yourself once a week or as often as you like.

Seeing your progress on paper or on your computer is an easy way to help keep yourself motivated and track your progress. If you miss a day do not convince yourself to try again next week, try again the next day. This will make you less likely to miss multiple days and get completely off track. Make your calendar more exciting by using different color pens for different activities. These workout calendars are sure to help you stay on track and record your progress. Remember to always consult a physician before beginning any exercise routine if you are unsure of your health risks.
