Workout Calendar #2- Kristen's Guide
This is a very simple printable workout calendar that you can post on your wall and fill in as you go. It is a six week workout calendar with the days of the week. This calendar is a great way to get yourself started and to just keep track of things without having to go into too much detail.
Workout Calendar #3- The Workouts
A free printable workout calendar is available on this site each month. This calendar is set up very nicely by having a place to write in your exercise activity each day as well as your weight each day. If weighing yourself every day is upsetting you are not required to do it. Weigh yourself once a week or as often as you like.
Seeing your progress on paper or on your computer is an easy way to help keep yourself motivated and track your progress. If you miss a day do not convince yourself to try again next week, try again the next day. This will make you less likely to miss multiple days and get completely off track. Make your calendar more exciting by using different color pens for different activities. These workout calendars are sure to help you stay on track and record your progress. Remember to always consult a physician before beginning any exercise routine if you are unsure of your health risks.
