Freebie Site Reviews

Recently in my searches around the internet, I found out about an amazing thing called freebies. Freebies happen to be free things that companies want you to have, want you to try or want you to taste. In other words, companies give away free stuff to you in the hopes that you will tell all your friends about it and reccomend it to everyone - or they want you to shop in their store in exchange for sending you a freebie. I love freebies, and over the past couple of months have signed up for everything from Fruit Roll Up Samples to USB Replacemant Covers. So I decided to post an article on a few sites where you can find freebies, look for freebies and find some great FREE stuff online!

My ultimate favorite site is TheFreeShoppe. I love this site so much, but especially love their Yahoo Group. The site is run by a lovely woman who posts freebies at least daily, if not twice a day. But my favorite part about the site is the wide range of freebies, and how it's organized. They have the food frebie listed A-G, H-O, P-Z and everything is organized by letter. Then they have a section for the latest freebies, and then a section for freebies that would go fast. I highly recommend this site, and put it first on my list because it really is first! I highle recommend also joining their Yahoo group, since it's such a great group of people!

One site that I really like to go to is MySavings which has a bunch of great resources. They update their freebies daily and they have a specific section for "Product Samples" which are freebies from brand name samples, and they also have a "Other Freebies" which is all the other stuff - like free software, a free totebag, etc. One of the downsides to MySavings is that you have to join the site to click on any of the freebies that you like. So, to basically do anything on the sight you need to supply them with your e-mail, basic info, etc.

Another site which I visit often is called AFC . AFC stands for A Full Cup, and it's a great site not just for freebies. It's forum based, which means anyone can post a link on their forums. They have a huge section on the site that has freebies, but they also have a huge section on couponing, and a section (probably my favorite after the freebie section of the site) is the supermarket section. They have over 25 supermarkets listed (from Giant Eagle to Publix) and each have their own section on the forum. So you can click on your supermarket and find specials, giveaways, etc!

One more site I like to visit is called About . Many of you may know of About.com, which is a huge site full of different sections. They have everything from a section on Arts and Crafts to Freebies! They post freebies daily, and it's a great site to learn how to get started with freebies. I wouldn't use it as my top choice, but they still have some great freebies!

All of the freebie sites above, are in my opinion and not others - so if you don't like what you see on these sites, PM me and tell me of some sites that you know and love!
