Freedom of Choice

If you want to release the resistance and struggle in relationship with other people you need to give them freedom of choice or fee will. We need to respect the choice of others. It will teach us humbleness. We don't have to see ourselves at higher position compare to other people. It will help us to respect the path of other person without giving labels and judging him. At the end it will help us to become familiar with his outlook on life. It will widen your horizons and give you new experiences.

When you give yourself the freedom of choice, disappears tension and confrontation between the highest part of your "I", which seeks unity and harmony, and ego, which wants to secede and exist in isolation. Then the ego is losing support in the confrontation and struggle, and unfolding in the same way, which sends the higher 'I'. It is through the division, confrontation and struggle ego there and growing, but when the fight is missing one of the parties, the battle is terminated itself.

Higher "I" is part of the universe, it is united with it, so it is the very same universe. Ego separated from the universe, because this is the principle of its existence. Consequently, the ego always follows the whole. Yes, it can try to do something on its own, but sooner or later it will follow the whole and merge with it. Do not Force, do not push yourself. Give yourself time. In addition, the cessation of combat with himself / herself reassures your nerves, cure of many, if not all, of disease. You have a huge reserve force that had been inaccessible because you spend them to fight each other.

Usually the person inside, there are several "I", who make up his identity. These "I" are very nice and can pull each in its way. In this case, no choice but how to give them respect and understanding and to provide freedom of choice. Gradually, exhausted, they will unite into a coherent whole.
