Freemont Nebraska Votes in Favor of Insuring Those Who Rent or Work Are in the Country Legally with 57% of the Residents Approving the Measure

Think These Criminal Illegal Alien Invaders Will Get the Idea They Are Not Wanted in This Country Yet?

Jay Braun
With illegal immigration once again becoming a hot topic another law has been passed designed to show illegal alien invaders to this country that they are not wanted, welcomed or needed. This time the focus is on the city of Fremont, Nebraska located about 20 minutes west of Omaha. As usually there is much outrage over a community deciding that the law against illegal invaders in this country needs to be enforced.

The law or ordinance basically says that anyone who rents property in the area has to get a permit to do so. When they get the permit they are checked out to insure they are in the country legally and if not no permit to rent is issued. The law will also require local businesses to use E-verify to insure people who work for them are not using stolen identities or illegal aliens in the country. State senator Charlie Janssen is pushing for similar laws at the state level in Nebraska.

Initially the city council had voted against putting the law into effect, but residents led a petition and go it on a ballot which was approved by 57% of the voters. Residents wanted the law because they saw the town changing with the influx of illegal immigrants as far as crime and jobs that could go to Americans going to illegal aliens. One resident said they did not ever have to lock their doors several years ago, but now they do. The Hispanic population was almost non-existent years ago but has grown extremely large in a short time but still only about 10% of the population. Proponents point to some other towns that used to be good places to live that illegal aliens had seemed to take over and are now ridden with crime. They also mention how you should not have to press 1 for English. Since it seems Hispanics breed like cockroaches the growth in rate, largely aided, by criminal invaders is a rightful reason to be concerned. Look at the crime and educational crisis in places in California, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico with large populations fueled in part by illegal aliens. It is worth noting that New Mexico welcomes illegal invaders with open arms.

Critics of the lie play the race card as usual, even though this law does not have anything to do with reasonable suspicion. This basically says if you rent in the city you have to be legally in the country. I see nothing wrong with that and can't see why any patriotic American would unless they support criminal invaders to our country. I fully support the Arizona law that has drawn so much controversy because people know it will keep illegal invaders from coming and send many home. That is why they don't like it they want no enforcement. The Fremont law though is applied 100% equally, so I am not sure of any legal challenge having a basis. If the law was that you needed to verify citizenship for any non-Anglo who wanted to rent then yes there would be a discrimination issue, but Anglos are not the ones overrunning our various schools, public assistance systems and so forth illegally and with their anchor babies.

Opponent and resident Kristin Ostrom had this to say "Unfortunately, people have voted for an ordinance that's going to cost millions of dollars, and that says to the Hispanic community that the Anglo community is saying they are not welcome here. They thought they were coming to a small-town community with small-town values." This seems almost like Chicago style politics to me. Never mind people coming here and breaking our laws. Because liberals will try to challenge it we should do nothing because of what it might cost. I agree it is not a good idea to pass laws doomed to fail, but there are a couple things. First off the passage of the law gives a clear message to illegal alien invaders that they are not wanted, needed, or welcomed in Fremont, Nebraska or anyplace passing similar patriotic laws. My other issue with Ms Ostrom is that she thinks it is telling the Hispanic community we don't want them. That is blatantly not true. If someone is Hispanic and in the country legally they are more than welcome as is anyone else of any race, color, creed, religion and so forth. The welcoming nature of the American people and people of Arizona and Fremont does not apply to illegal aliens though and it should not. She further said people "thought they were coming to a small-town community with small-town values''. They are and that is why the people voted to approve it by 57% because they want the community to continue to have small town values and not to be overtaken by law breakers and their supporters that unfortunately include the president of the united states Barack Hussein Obama.

Various groups may decide to challenge this law. Most of them are clearly anti-American in nature and have been considered that at some point in time. A prime example is the ACLU. This organization is willing to ruin a senior prom for a whole school for of normal students because one gay deviant wanted to take another woman with her. It is one thing to argue over rights, but to have the possibility of a prom being cancelled because of one person is pathetic and shows the type of organization this is. They are the same people talking about all the rights terrorists have and never mind the rights of American citizens. The executive director of ACLU Nebraska Laurel Marsh stated "

If this law goes into effect, it will cause discrimination and racial profiling against Latinos and others who appear to be foreign born, including U.S. citizens..... The A.C.L.U. Nebraska has no option but to turn to the courts to stop this un-American and unconstitutional ordinance before the law goes into effect. Not only do local ordinances such as this violate federal law, they are also completely out of step with American values of fairness and equality."

Ok first and foremost the law is applied to everyone working or renting so how does it cause discrimination and racial profiling? Calling this law un-American is really offensive. The ACLU is an un-American organization. This law is about the rule of law and not bending it for this illegal invasion to our country our leaders will do nothing about. I further challenge her directly on this law being out of step with "American values of fairness and equality". With over 60% percent of people nationwide supporting the Arizona law including people of every race, religion, and nationality I would say the law is fully in step with what Americans do value. We value a safe future for our children and not the United States of America becoming a second world country. It is very possibly headed that way because of the illegal invasion from South America and especially Mexico with all the anchor babies, crime, drugs and so forth that illegal alien invaders bring. All Mexicans or Latinos and anyone else here legally is more than welcome. If you are illegal though get out because the country is starting to wake up and we will defend what is ours.

Since people always like to cry racism I have included some youtube links to videos showing various statistics and news stories of why illegal aliens are such a nuisance on the country and need to be stopped. I welcome civilized debate with anyone on this issue and really would honestly like someone to help me understand their point because I don't. I am native America and white so I think being part native I know a thing or two about racism against people.

Thank you for reading.

God Bless You and God Bless America
