There are lots of good places to eat in the Sacramento area. Lately it seems that there are lots of new places opening up. For some reason the popular new things seems to be places that sale sweets of some sort. So it can be hard with all the cupcake stores and bakeries opening up where to go. One of the best places in the area is Freeport Bakery.

The Freeport Bakery is located in the Curtis Park area at 2966 Freeport Boulevard in Sacramento California. Obviously the Freeport Bakery is a bakery and has bakery goods as well as other deserts too.

Freeport Bakery has been around for a long time and there is a reason that people keep coming back to Freeport Bakery year after year. Freeport Bakery offers lots of great food and they are all for sale at great prices.

One thing that Freeport Bakery is particularly well known for is the cakes it makes. They are even known to make a good fruit cake which seems impossible but is true. Some of my favorites are the chocolate cakes. About the worst part of Freeport Bakery is trying to choose which food to get. Of the chocolate cakes the Chocolate Decadence is great and so is the fudge cake.

Besides great cakes the Freeport Bakery makes of other great foods too. They offer great breakfast foods like berry danishes. They have scones which are great for breakfast or for anytime.

One thing that is great is that they have a huge selection of food. They make about any kind of bakery or desert item you have ever seen. They also make the ever popular cupcake. The cupcakes here are as good as any of the large number of cupcake stores around.

Freeport Bakery has everything going for it including great food, selection, and price. Freeport Bakery is a great place to go for bakery items in the Sacramento area.
