This is an excellent juice to give you a natural energy boost and curb your appetite. It is a great juice cocktail to enjoy while preparing lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
8 large carrots
1 stalk celery
1/4 small beet
1 medium tomato
1 small handful of spinach
1 small handful of parsley
1/2 cucumber

5 medium carrots
1 broccoli stalk
6 brussel sprouts

Thirst Buster
Need to quench your thirst and nothing does the trick? Celery juice gets the job done as it is packed full of potassium.
4 celery stalks
3 apples
1 stem of broccoli
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Instructions - All Recipes
Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly using water and a vegetable brush. Cut all vegetables into manageable pieces to fit into the juicer. It is not necessary to pare them. Run all vegetables through the juicer. Pour into glass and serve. Enjoy.
