With a new challenge it was time to pick a new captain. Myammee was chosen for the Green Team while Heat was chosen for the Gold team. As the teams pulled into a marina it was time for a suspended boxing match similar to the mattress brawl last season. The challenge was based upon the moment in I Love NY history where Boston went over the boxing ring. Here the teams fought in a floating ring where the first person to fall to the ground would lose while the other would gain a point for their team. Best out of seven won. First up was the match up of the season, so far, as Entertainer and Buddha faced off. Entertainer was first down to the ground and lost for the Gold Team. That left Buddha winning, although he did throw a few illegal kicks out there. Next up was Ice vs Tailor Made with Ice going down first. That made things tied up going into the third round.
Up third was It and Bonez. Bonez won it out, making Green up by one as T-Weed and 20 Pack faced off. They were both captains last round and 20 Pack showed him up again by winning. He did break his hand by showing off while celebrating, sucks for him. Next up was the Real Chance battle as Milf and Cali faced off. The Chance girl won it out with Cali winning, putting Gold team up by one. Onyx wanted to throw the challenge for Gold to win yet Heat threw Prancer up against him. Onyx wasn't too happy about throwing the challenge to a girl and stalled long enough to make his team worry. He eventually pushed her over, giving Green the point to tie it up and sending them into the last round. Heat threw himself into the mix while Myammee put herself in, since Buckwild didn't want to. She sure did put up a fight but after pushing Myammee to the ground, Heat won the challenge for the Gold team. In doing so he also gave himself the power to send someone home.
Following the lose Green Team flipped. Buckwild went crazy about Onyx throwing the challenge and called him out for being in alliance with the other team. In doing so Buckwild put the target back on her as Myammee realized her and Saaphyri are aligned as well. Angelique overheard that Becky and Leilene were going in and went back to tell Entertainer. He quickly went to Buckwild and filled her in. Her strategy was to stall the vault vote, allowing Heat to pick the nominations. The next day the whole cast entered the vault for the first time. Green Team was left alone and the drama started immediately. Leilene wasn't too happy about Buddha voting her into the box and Buckwild spoke up about everyone voting her in. She began her strategy to stall and it worked rather well. She lasted with all but 18 seconds left which allowed Onyx's, Leilene's and Buckwild's votes to go into the box. Poor Buckwild tried hard and hopefully this won't the last time we see her!
With the checks in the box the Gold Team was called back. The three nominees were announced and were told to get ready to goo, along with Heat, to their power outing. As Leilene and Buckwild were talking it was obvious that Buckwild knew how to play the game. She told Leilene that she was going and to redeem herself she had to quit. That would force the team to put someone else into the box and hopefully Buddha would go home. Leilene said she would do it at first, but didn't want to. She didn't want to lose Buckwild's friendship and would throw away $250,000 to keep her. What a friend, but WOW what a stupid move. At the power outing the three plus Heat were whisked away onto a boat for their lunch. Becky and Leilene continued their arguing since Leilene wanted to reveal the plan. She did just that, setting off Buckwild and most likely ending their long standing friendship.
When the food came out Onyx told Heat that he would continue helping him while Buckwild spoke up and said she would also help him. Leilene wouldn't answer the question as to why she should stay, angering Heat a bit and forcing him to choose her for the one on one. She pulled out the flirt card and began offering "favors". He did seem to fall for it as they kissed but isn't this what caused Heat to lose last time? He's falling into the Destiney trap all over again. Back at the house Buckwild told Saaphyri about Leilene breaking her promise. She quickly went to Heat who was feeling a bit differently. He put on the fakeness just as hard as he tried to convince her to quit. She didn't really seem to buy it and I have a feeling she won't quit but hey, I've seen stranger things before on this show.
At the elimination ceremony all three nominees were nervous. Leilene seemed to be the one going home no matter what, quitting or not, but still revealed the quitting move to everyone. Craig called her out about quitting and the entire plan spilled out onto the table. She decided to not quit anyway which pleased her team yet threw Heat's plan out the window. He saved Buckwild first (thank God!) leaving either Onyx or Leilene going home. Onyx lied to him and broke his word while Leilene was the one everyone wanted out. Next one to get called up was Onyx. Heat knows how to pull a great elimination and told Onyx that his check was bounced, saving Leilene. Not sure if its because he actually has feeling for Leilene or if its because he thinks she's weak. We'll have to wait and see if Leilene is Heat's downfall but lightning doesn't strike twice so hopefully not.
