"Fringe" Explanation of the Love Triangle: Fans Get Better 411
Does Anyone Get the Bolivia Thing? Will Olivia Fight BOlivia?
Peter Bishop is the genius son of Walter. Walters's extreme experiments are the reason there is so much weird happenstance. Peter and Olivia have grown closer since last season. Peter realizes his feelings are much stronger than he thought when Olivia returns from a near death jaunt to, "over there", a parallel world. Fans at first were skeptical about seeing them come together. Episode by episode they are getting won over.
This season has thrown many fans for a loop. In the" over there" world we have duplicate identities. Olivia from "over there "has switched places with our Olivia. Fans have to dub her as "BOlivia" to help save confusion. BOlivia's agenda is to serve undercover to help Walternate save the "over there" parallel world. They way how it will be saved is still a mystery ,and may involve some catastrophe.
BOlivia is happily married in "over there" and is forced to play out this romance with Peter. A month ago Peter and BOlivia made love. Fans wonder if Peter will realize she is not Olivia.
In future episodes we may notice a change of heart coming from BOlivia. Her close interaction with the team could get her to realize that they were not the evil people she expected. The climax is expected in "Fringe's" season Finale, in early December. If Fans want to see the story tied all together this is an episode you cannot miss. Olivia knows who she is and sets to figure out a way to get home. BOlivia will put the Fringe team in jeopardy. Watching this show can definitely put your brain through a ringer. Most fans DVR and re-wind.
Jeff Pinker and Joel Wyman," Fringe" Producers maintain that the two Olivias will not have a "physical" confrontation. They share insight on Peter's feelings. He does not know he is not with the real Olivia. Some fans wondered if he was just playing along. Wyman shares, "Yes, imagine that. Coming back and realizing that your boyfriend has sort of had an affair with you-and maybe a better version [of you], which is so sad."
