Holiday Looks from Jemma Kidd Makeup School

Jemma Kidd is not only famous for her renowned makeup school, but also for some fantastic color products that really perform! (But could the names of her products be any longer? An 8 word lip product name is a bit extreme.)

The "Dawn Maiden" Face

To get this look, highlight the eyes with Colour Dust Shimmer Stick in Platinum and blend well. Highlight the eye further by applying Crème Highlighter & Shimmer Dust in Champagne, again blending well. Apply Powder blush Duo in Soft Peach/Beige lightly on cheekbones to define. Finally protect and prepare lips with Ultimate Lipstick Duo Plumping Balm and Long-Last Colour in Audrey. For the finishing touch, apply High Shine Silk-Touch Lip Gloss in Moonstone.

The "Jewelled Glamour" Style

This Hollywood-style glamorous sophistication is a breeze to apply. Start with Light-as-Air Liquid Foundation and Colour Match Concealer Duo to create the perfect canvas. Next apply Dual Illuminator Crème Highlighter in Champagne under the brow bone and on top of cheekbones. Line the top of eyes with Iridescent Eye Silk Crayon in Mercury to create a thick line of color - then blend well. Next apply Crushed Jewel Gel Eyeliner in Diamond to add sparkle. Finish the eye look with Extreme Magnify Volume, Lengthen & Strengthen Mascara.

For lips, use Lip Line Duo Neutral & Tailored Color in Plum, then Ultimate Lipstick Duo Plumping Balm & Long Last Colour in Cleopatra. Finish with Hi Shine Silk Touch Lip Gloss in Currant.

Holiday Look from Jemma Kidd for Neiman Marcus

This glam design uses the same colors above, applied slightly differently, and is so easy and fast! Experiment with these and see how versatile these colour products are to adapt to your own skin tone. Apply Dual Illuminator Crème Highlighter in Champagne all over eyelid and blend well (also dot above cheekbones and along nose, again blending very well.) Next apply Iridescent Eye Silk Crayon in Mercury along lid, followed by Crushed Jewel Gel Liner in Diamond. For lips, use Lip Line Duo Neutral & Tailored Color in Plum, followed by Ultimate Lipstick Duo Plumping Balm & Long Lasting Color in Cleopatra. For the finishing touch to your lips use Hi-shine Silk Touch Lip Gloss in Currant. Finish it all off with Extreme Magnify Volume, Lengthen, & Strengthen Mascara in Black. Laura Mercier for Neiman Marcus

For this sophisticated Laura Mercier look that will take you from Winter well into Spring use: Black Caviar Liner, Basic Pink Basic Colour, Milky Way Mineral Eye Powder, Eclipse Mineral Eye Powder, Brown Sugar Stick Gloss, Snowflake Star Struck Lip Glace, and Blushing Face Tint. (All available from Neiman Marcus.)

Chantecaille for Neiman Marcus

For this all-year-round glamour look use Topaz Shine Eye Shadow all over the lid, blending well. Follow with Luminous Eye Liner in Crescendo and Pianissimo. Add a hint of color to cheeks with Luminous Aquablush and finish off with mascara in Brun Noir.

  • A thin line of Glitter Liquid Liner adds glamour to any makeup design.
  • False eyelashes are this season (and next season's) must have!
  • Gold and silver eyeliner pencils highlight the eye without being to gittery.
Lining the inner rim of the eye with a silver or gold pencil will make eyes look brighter and bigger - blend carefully to soften the look.
