From Lip Readers to Mel's 'Beaver'

2 Billion Watched? Come On

- "Fast Five" did really well at those midnight showings so look for a fine weekend total for the film.

- The big item at the royal wedding? Cameras. Cellphones, etc., NOPE. Try LIP READERS. In order to find out what the heck they were saying, a lip reader came in handy. Stay tuned. As for the TV audience, anytime you throw it all over the world, it really is a crap shoot. They are using 2 billion. I remember when the first worldwide concert was on TV featuring Elvis. The number used was 1 billion. Now, we are up to 2 billion. The record in the United States only for a single TV show on one station is the most recent Super Bowl at 111 million. The special events like this one today air on many networks and the numbers can get fuzzy, to say the least.

- Jane Lynch of "Glee" is on board for the "Three Stooges" movie.

- Let's face it, Charlie Sheen was "Two and a Half Men." When the half kid grew up the show got stupid. Now, forget it. Let it go.

- With Mel Gibson's movie slated to open in May, look for a lot of beaver speaking jokes. The movie is called "Beaver." He cannot communicate without his beaver. Get started on those jokes now, please.

- I am almost 48 years old and finally a president and first lady have figured out what we all should eat, drink, read, listen to, drive, heat our homes with, etc. I'm surprised I made it this long. Come on, let us live.

- For the Fleetwood Mac "Glee" show, Kristin Chenoweth sings "Dreams" and well, tune in...
