1 quarts sliced cucumbers
2 Tbsp. canning salt
2 Tbsp. canning salt
(mix the cucumbers and salt in a lg bowl and let sit and juice for a good 2 hours, and then drain)
Brine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
onion (sliced) optional
Mix the cucumbers and brine and put in freezer containers to 3/4 full and freeze.
