Frozen Hamburgers Can Be Good

How to Cook Frozen Hamburgers like They Were Never Before Frozen!

Frozen Hamburgers have a tendancy to not taste good...or maybe its me. On the grill, they are great. But, not many die-hard grill handlers exist. So what do you have left to do when the snow hits the ground, and you want a juicy burger, and you have a bag of frozen burgers from the local grocer? TURN ON THE STOVE!

All you need is a skillet, whatever seasonings you use, your burgers, and WATER. YES...water.

You fill the skillet half-way with water. Turn the heat on medium high. Put whatever seasonings you use into the water and let it come to a rapid simmer. Place the patties into the water and add more of your seasonings on top of the patties. Let the patties cook until one side is brown and then flip the patties and let the patties cook. Poke a hole in each patty to realease the pressure and the blood that cooks out. the turn the heat down to medium and let the patties cook until the juices run clear. It takes between six and ten minutes. You can flip them as often as you like, but it only takes one flip to cook the patties.

Now, by using the water. You are making it as to where th patties dont lose any moisture and that the seasonings actually circulate through the meat, making it all the more flavorful. It cooks ALOT faster and you dont have to worry about biting into a bloody burger.

Now there are some who like a medium or even medium rare burger. This is possible with this method, and it realy only takes 3 minutes
Same process, just dont let the patties stay in the pot.

Now with this method, you can enjoy a juicy hamburger throughout the year. The cleanup is simple ( the water makes the pot easy to clean ) and the benefit is tremendous. Give it a try and PASS IT ALONG!!!
