For almost six months I have been struggling with a virus of some sort. I feel great for about a month. Then I wake up with a headache, dizzy and nauseous. And so tired, at times I just want to sleep. Wrap up in my blue blankie and cover my head. Which normally lasts two or three days.
I also have food allergies, so I need to be careful what I eat.
My girlfriend and I were sharing a salad at lunch one day. It happened to be one of the weeks I was feeling great. She shared with me a juice she had been drinking, rather than take all the supplements she used to take.
Even though at the time I was feeling great, I listened to her.
"I used to feel tired all the time, but since I have been drinking Fruit of the Spirit I feel great."
A few weeks later, during one of my, what I'm now calling "down times", I was at her house. She said, "do you want to try some of this? I only drink an ounce in the morning."
I remember thinking, how can an ounce a day help me? She gave me several days worth to bring home.
On the bottle it says you can drink 2 ounces a day for "Optimum Use".
What do I have to lose? Can I feel worse than I already do?
In addition to the fatigue and headache I have joint pain.
For five days I drank 2 ounces a day. One in the morning and another ounce before I went to bed. And each day I felt better.
Fruit of the Spirit is the only supplement I use now. It contains 13 Whole Fruits rich in Antioxidants, 9 Alkalinizing Minerals from the Dead Sea and 3 Natural Anti-inflammatory Herbs.
I finally have energy. I used to wake up five or six times during the night. Now I sleep five to six hours uninterrupted.
I wish I had learned about Fruit of the Spirit years ago, but am thankful I know about it now.
Go to the web site and check it out for yourself. Let me know what you think.
