Fudge Recipe

Peanut Butter Fudge and Chocolate Fudge

Kimberly Scott
Nearly everybody loves chocolate, and most chocolate-lovers enjoy fudge. However, one downfall of fudge is that it often takes a long time to make. I recently came across a recipe for fudge that is chocolately, delicious, and easy and fast to make.

1. Put 1.5 ounces cream cheese, 2 cups powdered sugar, .25 cups cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon butter into a large ziplock bag.
2. Seal the bag and squish it for 5-10 minutes to blend it. Careful to keep contents away from bag opening.
3. Shape, refrigerate until firm, and cut into squares.

Many people also love peanut butter. What could be more delicious than peanut butter fudge? This fudge takes even less time than the chocolate fudge.

1. Heat .5 cup butter and .5 cup peanut butter in microwave until liquid.
2. Add .5 teaspoon vanilla and 2 cups powdered sugar and stir together.
3. Pour mixture onto waxed paper, shape, and refrigerate until cool.
4. Cut into squares, and enjoy.

As you can see from these simple instructions, you can make mouth-watering fudge any time you're craving chocolate or peanut butter. I know many people love fudge, and I hope that these two simple recipes have shown you that you can make it yourself any time you want. It's the perfect treat to make when you pull an all-nighter, need to bring a dessert to a party, or simply feel like eating something delicious. Bon appetit!
