Full Bar Review

Losing Weight Without Starving

Katie Just
Weight loss has always been a struggle for me. I lose five pounds, and gain seven. I have been overweight almost my entire life. After viewing photos taken of me at Christmas, I was more determined than ever to find a diet aid to help me lose weight.

Over the years, I have tried many various diet pills and weight loss supplements. All diet pills ever did for me was make me fidgety and nauseous. After taking them for an extended period of time, they either stop working or I had to increase the number of pills I was taking, which was jeopardizing my health. Weight loss supplements, like the diet shakes, also stopped working for me over an extended period of time. I had assessed that perhaps those aids were more so for people only trying to lose a few excess "Holiday Binge-Eating" pounds.

While browsing the diet and nutrition aisle at Wal-Mart, I skipped over the section for diet pills and diuretics. I already know these are just a temporary fix to an ongoing problem. Aside from the fact that I do retain excess water, I also have the problem of overeating. I tend to eat large portions and snack off and on all day. I have seen television commercials for Full Bar and decided it was a lot less expensive to try something made out of food for about eight dollars, rather than a $60 supply of pills that may or may not help me at all.

The directions are simple enough to follow. Eat one bar 30 minutes before a meal with eight ounces of water. The concept comes from bariatric surgery, and with good reason; it was created by a weight-loss surgeon. The Full Bar expands in your stomach, thus not allowing you to consume very much food at one sitting. While reading the package side in the middle of the store, I decided to give it a try and see for myself if the Full Bar would help me.

The same evening, I opened up a Cocoa Chip flavored Full Bar and a bottle of water. The taste was pleasant, and by the time I had consumed my first Full Bar I questioned my ability to eat at all. The bar alone is not small, coupled with the fact that I drank water with it; I felt somewhat full right afterward. 30 minutes later I made myself a meal, and started eating. Much to my surprise, I was full half way through dinner, and I even made myself a smaller portion than I normally would have.

I immediately stopped eating, and threw the rest of the food into the trash can. I have been using Full Bar for about a week, and I am eating smaller portions at mealtime and consuming less food during the course of a day than I have in years. I have lost three pounds in one week with Full Bar. While three pounds doesn't seem like much to some people, it's a step in the right direction for anyone struggling to lose weight and failing often. Not only am I losing weight, but I also feel a lot better both physically and mentally. I no longer feel drowsy after meals, like I did when I was eating large portions and multiple helpings.

I would recommend Full Bar to anyone that is in need of losing weight. This product is made of safe ingredients such as puffed wheat and soy protein, so there are no harmful side effects that may be experienced with many diet pills. Full Bar is also Kosher, but anyone interested in consuming this product should read the label to ensure there will be no allergic reaction to any of the ingredients.
