Now here is an extremely thrilling event for the entire family to enjoy. They are having a Haunted Pirate Ship Adventure on board the Red and White Fleet. This 90 minute ghastly cruise includes a costume competition, candy, face painting and of course scary ghost stories about what else, pirates! Hurry and book your tickets! Price: $6.00 to $8.00 and note that there are a maximum of 8 spaces per family
How would you like to celebrate the Halloween season with your child sitting around a campfire, roasting marshmallows, telling stories and singing songs? Sound good? Then maybe you'd like to give this event a try. There will also be a half of a mile walk to the campfire area and you might have a few things happen along the way. Note that registration is a must! Pumpkin Pandemonium at Pier 39

Pier 39 is getting into the Halloween spirit by having some entertaining events for children this year. They include a monster bash, crafts for Halloween, one free pumpkin per child, a costume parade, candy, a slide as well as pumpkin carving! I'm assuming this event is free because I saw no pricing information on Pier 39's website. So mark your calendars for October 28th!
Children's Halloween Hootenanny
Location: Stanyan and Waller Street, San Francisco
Date: October 28th
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This is the 2nd Annual Halloween Hootenanny and it promises to have interesting attractions to entertain your little ones. This event is being funded by the Haight-Ashbury Street Fair along with businesses in the area and they'll have activities that are hands on, performers as well as exhibitions. Kids of any age are welcome so come and celebrate Halloween on Stanyan and Waller Street!
