Text messaging has become a great pastime or maybe an obsession. Not to mention a convenient way to communicate. I heard an interesting news article concerning text messaging statistics this morning and thought this might be an interesting subject to research and write an article about.

Wow! This trend seems to have become an addiction. We all know, that using a cell phone in any way, shape or form is not a safe practice while driving down the road, and in many states it is against the law. However, many people still insist on putting themselves and others in danger by continuing this unsafe practice.

I guess I have reached the age where I can consider myself as old, because I am not a big text messaging fan, it is just too much work in my opinion. But, I think I will just stick to the old traditional way of talking to another person. Place a phone call.
