Go to an arcade and play some really cool games. Compete with each other and see who can score the most tickets. Whoever has the most tickets, gets to pick where to go on the next date. Plus you can probably cash your tickets in and get a silly prize.
Go to a playground. Sit on a swing and have your date push you like when you were a child. Slide down the slides and act like a kid again.
Go to an amusement park. Amusement rides give you a thrill. Go on some rides with your date and enjoy yourselves. Laugh and have fun.
Go to a night club. Grab your dancing shoes and dance the night away with your date. Show him/her your cool dance moves, even if they really aren't that cool. You might get a good laugh.
Go miniature golfing. Show off your mini golf skills. Even if you are not good at it, it's fun to try. Then go out for some ice cream afterward.
Go on a picnic. Have your date make you a platter and you make a platter for your date to bring to for your picnic. Lay out a blanket on the grass and enjoy each other's company.
Play funny games with each other. Fill up two water guns and have a water gun fight. Play truth or dare. Hide and seek. Play tag. Bring out your inner child and have fun with each other.
People watch. Sit down on a bench in the middle of a crowded mall or park and watch the people go by. Try to pick out people who resemble famous celebrities.
Go to a concert. Do you and the person you are dating have a common music interest? Check out when the next concert date is for a musician that you both enjoy and buy tickets.
Play a sport. You don't even have to be good at sports, just give it a try. Try swinging a bat and seeing how far you can hit the ball. Toss a football back and forth to each other. Play catch.
Go to the zoo. The zoo can be a fun experience, especially if you both share a love of animals. Try to learn new facts about the animals that you didn't know before.
These are just a few fun date ideas to break from the dinner and movie routine. I hope you try one out and have a fun time on your next date!
