The Gardens Mall
The Gardens Mall is located on the corner of PGA Boulevard and Alt.A1A in Palm Beach Gardens. Built in 1988, the Gardens mall houses 160 stores and restaurants. There are several large department stores including Sears, Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdales. The mall has many specialty stores and the usual mall staples--The Gap, Foot Locker, and Victoria's Secret just to name a few. The mall also features a pleasant food court, including a California Pizza Kitchen. Asian restaurant PF Chang's also has a home at the Gardens Mall, as does Brio Tuscan Grille. The Gardens mall is open from 10-9 Monday through Saturday and noon-6 on Sundays.
Downtown at the Gardens
Palm Beach Gardens' newest addition, Downtown at the Gardens is located adjacent to the Gardens Mall. The complex features many great restaurants including the Cheesecake Factory, RA Sushi, Yard House, Johnny Rockets and TooJay's. Health food enthusiasts will enjoy Whole Foods Market which is one of the many specialty stores located at Downtown at the Gardens, and for movie lovers, the complex provides a Cobb theatre.
City Place
Built in 2000, City Place is located in downtown West Palm Beach close to the intracoastal. The beautifully designed outdoor complex features such stores as Macy's and Pottery Barn.The Harriet Himmel Theater, a venue where concerts are performed, is located at City Place, as well as, an Improv Comedy Club. The complex also houses the restaurants Cheesecake Factory, Brewzzi, Bellagio, and several other popular eateries. In addition, club goers will enjoy the Blue Martini, a popular nightspot in the West Palm Beach area, and movie buffs will love the Muvico 20 Theatre.
Abacoa
Located in Jupiter, Abacoa is home to Florida Atlantic University's MacArthur campus. In addition to the school, the Town Center district of Abacoa consists of many shops lining the streets and several great restaurants including Masa's Sagami--an authentic Japanese steakhouse, Costello's, and JJ Muggs Stadium Grill. Abacoa is also the home of Roger Dean Stadium which is the spring training site of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins and the home of the minor league Jupiter Hammerheads.
