What You'll Need:
A half-cup of rolled oats
A half-cup of chocolate nibs
A half-cup of kosher salt A half-cup of jojoba oil
A half-cup of almond oil
Two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
Two tablespoons of vitamin E oil Large jar or bowl with lid
It's not a big secret that adults often play in the tub together. Some shower together; others share a romantic bubble bath - complete with champagne. If you're interested in adding even more allure to the tub togetherness - or even if you're just in need of a luxurious facial scrub - you can make a decadent, chocolate body scrub that's edible and works great. Although it's not incredibly inexpensive to make it's still a bit cheaper than to purchase a similar chocolate scrub.
Imagine an all-over body scrub that's edible; it's delicious and cleansing as well. You'll need a short list of edible foods to make the scrub and some of them are things you likely don't already have. Other ingredients in the chocolate body wash are commonly found in most any kitchen.
Start with a half-cup of oats and grind them into a powder by using your blender or food processor. Add a half-cup of chocolate nibs, a half-cup of kosher salt, a half-cup of jojoba oil, a half-cup of almond oil, two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, and two tablespoons of vitamin E oil. You can find the almond oil, jojoba oil, and vitamin E oil, at a craft store, or order them online. After combining all the ingredients, hit "pulse" on a food processor, or blend well, until all ingredients are well-mixed.
The body scrub can be placed in a decanter, or even a lidded bowl, and used many times. It doesn't have any ingredients that "go bad" so, as long as it is kept covered, and stored in a cool area, it's good.
Although the chocolate body scrub is a sensual element you can add to your adult fun-in-the-tub, it can also be used by someone who wants a nicer facial complexion. Or, let the kids have a day of fun and allow them to use the edible body wash just before their showers. Use warm water to rinse away the chocolate scrub and you'll feel rejuvenated - and a little bit naughty!
