Join a Dance Class
Whether it is a salsa class or a belly dancing class, dancing is always a fun way to spice up your workout routine, which easily makes it an effective way to get in shape. The best part is that you are having so much fun learning this new skill, that you will probably forget that you are exercising. Dancing tones every part of your body because you are able to use different sets of muscles when dancing. Belly dancing clearly targets your belly, but what is a little less obvious is that belly dancing strongly targets your hips and legs.
Take a Run In The Park
If you truly are a speed demon at heart, it will be difficult for you to lose kick the addiction to your treadmill. While this is perfectly understandable, there is an easier way for you to make the transition into a fun workout all you have to do is lose the treadmill and take your running shoes to the park. Nature is beautiful, and there is little in this world that is more inspirational than the raw beauty and tranquility of nature. Taking a run in the park rather than stationed on a treadmill that faces a gray wall for 45 minutes, is a great way to change up your daily routine and continue to get in shape.
