The recipes are some family favorites and some from friends. There is a cook book I published which included thousands of recipes from patients, family, and friends which provides a never ending recipe of the day. I try to not be a judge in which recipe I include because you never know how people have different tastes. The funnies come from a FreneticFunnies.com website and some are very good. The quotes are readily available on any number of websites. I welcome recipes from friends and include them in future recipes listing. I hope that 10 years from now I am still doing it. I am debating whether to do it 7 days a week but I think five days is enough without overkill.
I keep an archive of past recipes and offer it as a download in an excel file but also make it available as a html for those who don't have excel or don't want to download a file for fear of some virus.
The link is to the archive where all the recipes and quotes are available alphabetically. I find it fun and somewhat therapeutic.
