Bowls of colors all around
Boiling water on the fire
White eggs, oops dropped on one the ground
A whole dozen makes the water hire
Boiling water on the fire
White eggs, oops dropped on one the ground
A whole dozen makes the water hire
Hardboiled and hot
They need to cool
Just out of the pot
Ouch! I feel the fool.
Ready now its time to paint
Pastels, sparkles and special glue
Whats that smell, I feel faint.
Open the window, let some air through
Proud of my mounds of artistic ritual
The wicker filled with colorful delight
This sunny holiday has become habitual
Eggs tucked in the bunny's basket tight.
