Future
in the distance
far out ahead of me,
music playing,
in my heart's sea.
in the distance
far out ahead of me,
music playing,
in my heart's sea.
Future,
along a path,
a forgotten place,
I find a smile,
in the waters reflection upon my face.
Future,
through a field of purple flowers,
a world stretching far and wide,
I move forward,
past the tears I've cried.
Future,
I will follow your lead,
where will you take me?
Dancing slowly, music playing,
wherever I am to be.
