Gain with Being Zen!

Rogers Julia
"Calms and force are a priori, paradoxical" If you think that, it is that you did not include/understand a fundamental element which must control your life: force does not mean power, brutalities, domination...

The force is an energy which you accumulate in you and who allows you to achieve large things. It is the base of the success besides.

However, this energy, it is you who produce it. It is in you: each human being has a force, an interior power. But the recurring problem, it is to know to make use of it advisedly.

Some are often said that they have energy to resell. But is this in so far as they achieve large things? Not inevitably: most of the time, they can, certainly, achieve several activities at the same time, but they disperse more than another thing. They waste their energy while scattering. Others show their energy while being agitated, while vociferating with any end of field, without being success. In fact, they become exhausted in cries, gesticulations and the essence of their goal is not reached.

Finally, to have energy to resell is a great quality but on the condition of knowing to channel it in order to use it correctly.

However, there is one means to reach that point: only calms it, the Zen attitude can help you there. Thus, for leaving in all the directions, to want to show that of which you are able, there is necessary to learn how to remain calm, Zen.

In this way, you will manage to concentrate energy at the bottom of yourself to restore it in a positive way. And it is only from there that you will manage to achieve large things.

To remain calm, you must have a strong interior will. Everyone can arrive there but it is necessary to learn how to control it. It is a question of training. You must become the Master of your thoughts, your body, your emotions, and your spirit. It is a work of tous.les.jours. The first thing it is to know if you are of calms natural or not. Sometimes it is necessary to know to call itself into question to admit that one is irritated, one "agitated of the bottle", impulsive. From the moment when you admitted this defect, you will be able to start your interior work. The greatest step is taken. After it is a question of will. The meditation, major breathing, the concentration can help you to reach that point.

With the wire of time, you will learn how to remain calm in all the circumstances. Vis-à-vis with external agitation, you will remain Zen. You will be able to thus analyze the situation objectively and to answer it suitably. You will not disperse your energy for nothing. You will keep under control yourself, of your emotions and you will regulate the problems without clashes but with more force, more determination.

Of course, calm being, Zen in any time do not mean not to have character, to be unobtrusive. On the contrary, your arguments will be more considered. It is not while shouting that you will be made better hear; you will seem one agitated, impulsive. Calms are somebody of reasoned, of judicious.

Interior peace, the meditation can only have one positive side. Nothing can resist it. The thought is more in awakening, more receptive and especially more capable to analyze, to manage and solve the difficulties.

Therefore, it calms it is your force.
