The owner and staff is nice, and they do great work. You can order flowers and arraignments on line, they have a website and I provided the link to their site at the end of this article. They deliver and they also have a wide variety of other high quality items to choose for your valentine. This shop is my top pick for floral gifts.

Floral Fashions: (740) 446-1833~ Floral Fashions is another great floral shop located right inside the city of Gallipolis, on Third Avenue. I've received flowers from this shop too and they are nice. Floral Fashions does deliver, however they do not have a website.

Special Occasions Party Rentals and Event Design LLC: (740) 446-2522~ Also located inside the city, on Third Avenue. I have never dealt with this establishment and it looks like they handle a lot of large scale business like weddings and parties. I do know from looking at their website, which I linked at the end of this article, that they do flower arraignments and they look pretty nice.
