Game Wave Family Entertainment Center Review

Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo have a new competitor now in the gaming industry. There is a new system called the Game Wave Family Entertainment Center that is now out. It is not really that hard to find, but it isn't sold at many retailers, but you can purchase it online or find a retailer near you through this link. There are many things that you need to know about this system.

First of all the actual system is a DVD gaming system. So you can not only play games, but you can also use the system as a DVD player when you want. Also you can play with six people at a time on the system. The original system only comes with four remotes. However, you can purchase the two additional remotes for $25.00. When you buy the original system you only get one game too, which is 4 Degrees. It is a very fun trivia game. You can purchase the system for $100.00. The system also comes with a nice remote control dock for 6 remotes.

Last night my husband and I played the three games we have for the system for the first time ever. We set this up last night. It is as easy to set up as a DVD player. You just hook up the A/V or S-Video Cable that they include with the system. You also put the batteries that they include into the remotes. Then all you need to do is turn the system on and pop in one of the game disks. You will then be taken to the screen where you can learn more about how to play the game. When you are ready you will hit play the game. You will then be taken to a screen where the players can join. All you have to do to join in is hit the select button on the remote. You will then hit A when everyone has joined. It even asks you again if everyone has joined. To continue you just press B on the remote. You will then be able to enter your name using your remote. The system itself recognizes what remote you are using because they are each color coded. You are then ready to play.

First we tried 4 Degrees, which is a fun trivia game that the whole family can play. Some of the questions are hard, so younger children might not like to play this game unless someone helps them. Second we played Click, which is similar to Wheel of Fortune in that you are guessing a phrase. You pick letters or you can channel surf for a hint. If you channel surf you might lose points though. When you know the solution, you just indicate to solve on your next turn and it will automatically jump the other players to come to you. You then shout out the answer and then the answer will reveal. The other players decide on whether you were right or not. What I like about this particular game is that if you can pronounce the phrase you can win, you don't have to worry about spelling it out. Next we played Gemz, which is a fun puzzler game. You can play with up to four people or you can play by yourself. It is similar to Bejeweled in that you must group 3 or more Gems.

This whole system is a very great system to own. The whole family can get involved. The games are family oriented. And you can also buy many additional games. Check out the site here and find out more information. They do offer a 30 risk free trial too! Right now you can get this system for only $49.95. It comes with 6 remotes, and 5 games. All you have to do is enter qxczy into the code box when you follow this link.

This is one of my favorite game systems now. After trying it I have to say that it was worth what I paid for it. I am a highly satisfied customer. I think you will enjoy it too. If you are looking for a great gaming system for the whole family, this is it! Get a Game Wave today.
