Garden Party Drinks

My favorite drinks is easy to make and make everybody happy.

a/ A good blender or smoothie maker (You can bought from either Wal-Mart or anywhere in the stores.)
b/ Gallons of homo milk (the fresher, the better result)
c/ Flavored Ice Cream (My favorite is Breyers' Oreo, cookies, root beer, cranberries, peaches, etc.,)
d/ Fresh reasoned strawberries
e/ Fresh banana

Then Have blender/smoothie ready, pour milk about 1/3 of blender full with one pilled banana, 1/3 of box of stawberries and 3 big scoop of Breyers Ice Cream. You can multiply by these proportions according to the numbers of the guests. Mix all these ingridents for about one minute to 3 minutes. It depends on how smooth you want the drink. Sometimes, I think with some chunks of fruits or ice cream is still very tasty.

After the mix is done, pour the result into the cups, then it's ready to serve. I never get tired of it. It's my favorite.

Garden Party Snacks

Have some various types of nuts. My favorite is honey roasted peanuts, cashews, mixed nuts. Pour out to the plates. Open some sardines cans. With napkins and forks, individual plates, party is ready within minutes

Garden Party Entree

a/ Several pieces of Salmon fillets
b/ Olive Oil or Cooking oil
c/ Salt to season
d/ kikkoman Soysauce
e/ Asparagus or Califlower or both

My favorite - Order big Salmon fillet from the seafood section of the supermarket. Bring it back and Cut the Salmon into 4 or even 5 pieces.
Heat the fry pan, pour 3 table spoons of oil with medium heat, put the salmons into the fry pan, let the both sides into readish brown, season some salts. When the salmon is well cooked, turn off the heat then add some soysauce to both sides of the salmon. Let the remaining heat to saturate and sauce into the flavor of salmons. Then pour the salmon into the plate.

Clean the fry pan, pilled the skin of asparagus, if you choose califlower, then pill out each califlower, clean it and cut it into pieces. Add good amount of oil (about 4 -5 table spoons), with high heat, add asparagus, add some salt, stir for 1-2 minutes, turn off the heat. Pour asparagus into another half of the plate. Entree is ready to serve.

If you choose califlower, still with high heat, with 4-5 table spoons of oil, pour the califower into the heated fry pan, add some salt, let it cook for few minutes, then add some water, let it cook for another one minute or two. Turn off the fry pan. Pour the cooked califlower into the plate.
The Salmon is perfect match with either Asparagus or Califlower.

If you want to have both Asparagus and Califlower, you have to be careful that Asparagus can't add water but Califlower should add water. The result of cooked califlower will have juice with it but asparagus doesn't. You either sift out the water of cooked califlower or without asparagus.

It's a wonderful entree for the party. It make everybody happy and delight.

Of course, if you want to have some sprits, soda or champagne, it's perfect to complement the above, no conflicts at all.
